Redução da idade Penal: Eu sou a favor!

Eu sou a favor da Redução da idade Penal.

Muito a favor.

Acredito que devemos ser responsáveis pelos nossos atos.

Não sou a favor de que somente os bandidos sejam protegidos pelos direitos humanos, a policia e as vitimas também devem ser levados em consideração.

E bem...

... será q prender é a melhor solução?

Já vimos que não. E a coisa toda se complica, com falta de educação descente, falta de saúde de qualidade... falta de vergonha na cara de quem nos governa.

São tantas as questões que vem a tona com um único assunto: A REDUÇÃO DA IDADE PENAL.

De certo, os outros fatores contam, só que o ponto focal é que com tantas crianças cometendo crimes graves e ficam impunes, Acredito na validade de aumentar a punição.

Alias, eu aumentaria a punição para todos os crimes. Trataria tudo com tolerância Zero. E não acredito em prisão sem trabalho. Os carcerados tem que produzir. 

Mas o caso é a Redução da Idade Penal, e nesse caso, meu parecer é favorável. Muito. Devemos parar de passar a mão na cabeça dos pequenos e ensiná-los a andar direito. Quando mostramos casos em que um menor infrator, comete um crime Hediondo e todos sabem que ele sairá ao completar 18 anos, com toda a sua ficha limpa, qual a mensagem que passamos?

Como dizer o que é certo e o que é errado, quando quem faz algo terrível não tem uma punição de acordo?

Vejam, não sou a favor da pena de morte. Sou a favor de penas que desmotive a iniciativa de um crime.

Eu sou a favor da Redução da idade Penal. E vc?

Stonewall: Onde iniciou a luta por direitos iguais.

No dia 28 de junho de 1969, ano em que nasci, em Nova York, em frente ao Bar Stonewall Inn, muitas pessoas se reuniram para protestar contra os abusos da policia da Cidade contra os Gays, Lesbicas, Transexuais e demais integrantes da comunidade LGBT.

Nesse dia foi deflagrado o ínicio da luta por direitos iguais.

É por causa dos eventos que se iniciaram nesse dia que temos em muitas cidades as Paradas de Orgulho GLBT. 

Por que orgulho?? Pq não existe um dia de orgulho Hetero?

Bem, pq ninguém nunca apanhou e foi preso por ser Hetero. Ou foi?

Pq ninguém teve q sair de casa por amar alguém do sexo oposto.

Eu tenho orgulho do que sou. Não importa quem amo. Não importa quem os outros amam. Na minha cabeça só importa amar! E espero que todos amem. Independente de serem Heteros, Homos ou Pan sexuais.

O que importa é ser feliz, e ser quem você é. E ter orgulho disso.

Por isso não retirarei o Arco-Íris da minha foto de coxinha no Face. Ficarei com ela até o domingo dia 05/07/2015. Quando terminarei minha própria comemoração por essa data. Que foi ressignificada com sucesso.
