Como a necessidade de liberar idéias, e coisas da mente é tão grande, posto por e-mail no meu blog, e utilizo o twitterfeed pra alimentar meu FB e twitter.

em contrapartida...
... existem aqueles que só ficam por perto quando você esta down.
